Combined Cycle Power Plant Steam Turbine Crossover Piping

RAPID was applied to the flanges on the steam turbine crossover piping system to address the high frequency of maintenance and inspection activities. The system included flanges on piping with a nominal diameter of over 40 inches. RAPID has remained in continuous service for more than nine years, demonstrating long-term durability, reliability, and strong performance under demanding operational conditions.
